Pizza

These Neapolitan-style pizzas, cooked in a wood fired oven, are a first at Heathrow. Great pizza needs to be cooked quickly at an extremely high temperature, creating and capturing the characteristic bubbles that make the true Naples pizza dough soft and light, whilst gently melting the cheese and warming the toppings to create a delicious sloppy Neapolitano pizza.
